You will access a full hour of videos through which you will learn about the origins of Scrum, its principles, and values. I will introduce you to the Scrum Team structure and expectations for each of the roles. You will also know the succession of Events (meetings) and Artifacts, as well as the purpose of each one.
You will be able to identify the fundamental competencies of the Product Owner role, typical anti-patterns, keys to the relationship with Stakeholders, and bases to occupy the Product Ownership role with Multiple Teams (at scale) efficiently.
You will be able to identify the attributes and the purpose of a good product vision and how it translates into the strategy, roadmaps, releases, until reaching the level of product increment in each Sprint.
You will be aware of the importance and skills to become a Product Owner capable of knowing and segmenting your users and customers, empathizing with each segment, and validating their assumptions through experimentation and Product Discovery.
You will be able to differentiate product development oriented to output and outcome, you will own the definition of value for your users, and you will be able to create and refine Product Backlog Items and User Stories.
Throughout the program, you will know and practice how AI can help you make more informed decisions and anticipate the needs of your users. You will learn to use AI tools to improve the quality of your Product Backlog, User Stories, and Communication with Stakeholders.
